• Your business address where relevant
• Project information — briefs, content, images and any materials you supply
• Payment information — we do not store card details. Payments are made by bank transfer (BACS).
• Communication history — messages, emails and notes relating to your project

• Active client records are kept for the duration of our working relationship.
• Project files and correspondence are retained for 24 months after project completion.
• Financial records including invoices are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC.
• Enquiries that do not result in a project are deleted after 12 months.
