All products are fully automated. Your domain is checked live at the point of purchase, your report and fix files are generated by AI and delivered to your inbox within minutes. No account is required. No contract is entered into.
All products are sold at a fixed one-off price and paid in full at point of purchase via Stripe. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. No invoice is raised and no BACS transfer is required. Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
All reports and fix files are generated automatically and delivered by email within minutes of payment being confirmed. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your delivery within 30 minutes please contact us using the details in section 10.
You confirm that the domain you submit is one you own or are authorised to audit. You are responsible for implementing any recommendations and installing any fix files we provide. We do not require access to your website.
You confirm that the email address provided at checkout is valid and capable of receiving the delivery. Technical Graffiti Ltd is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filtering.
Because all products are digital goods generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once the report or fix files have been generated. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe there has been a technical error with your order please contact us within 48 hours.
All reports, fix files and documentation generated for your domain are yours upon delivery. Technical Graffiti Ltd retains no ongoing rights over the files once delivered. You may use, modify and install them freely on the domain for which they were produced.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes including appearance in AI search results, which are determined by third-party AI systems outside our control. We are not liable for loss of business, revenue, data or any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
